Refund policy

7-day return guarantee on most items purchased. Items must be returned unopened and in new condition or a 15% restock fee will apply. Damaged items, items missing original packaging or contents will be refused. Items that non stock and/or are special order items are not returnable for any reason. Consumable items including software, paper, ink, media are exchange only if defective. 90-day repair or replacement guarantee on pre-owned and refurbished computers. 30-day parts and labor guarantee on repair services. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at (1.5%) per month. 2% processing fee on credit card payments on terms accounts.
