Return & Exchange Policy

Retail-priced items: 30-day money-back guarantee, 1-year repair or exchange warranty (except software, media, consumables).
Discounted items: 14-day refund or exchange.
All returns/exchanges: Must be unopened and in new condition. Open box items subject to 15% restocking fee. Damaged items or those missing parts will be refused.
Consumables (software, ink, etc.): Exchange only if defective.


Authorization to Perform Service

By requesting repairs, you agree to the following:
You authorize us to perform diagnostic, repair, and installation services on your device and to pay according to these terms.

Warranty Work: If covered by an existing warranty, we'll perform work according to those terms. Confirm warranty details before service. We don't provide warranty service for mice, keyboards, printers, or monitors.

Out-of-Warranty Work: You agree to pay for parts, services, and applicable fees according to our current price list (prices subject to change). A minimum diagnostic charge applies even if you don't authorize repairs.
Lost or Altered Files: You're responsible for backing up your data and maintaining a recovery procedure. We're not liable for lost or altered files, and diagnostic/repair services are provided without confidentiality obligations. Delete any private data from your device before service. In-store personnel cannot change these terms.
Unclaimed Devices: We'll make every effort to contact you when your repair is complete. After 30 days, a storage fee will apply. Unclaimed devices after 60 days may be sold to recover repair costs.
Data Backup: We're not responsible for your data backup, but offer a data backup service for an additional fee.
Authorization for Repairs: You authorize our technicians to perform repairs on your device. You understand they are trained but we're not an authorized service dealer. You agree to release us from liability for any claims or damages arising from repairs, unless caused by our severe negligence. You understand repairs may void manufacturer warranties and we assume no liability for voided warranties, but may offer our own warranty on parts/services.

What Our Guarantee Doesn't Cover


Repairs after mishandling, water damage, accidental drops, tampering, software issues, jailbreaking, or new damage unrelated to the original repair.
Data loss - Back up your data before repairs!
Virus reinfection, electric surge damage.
Pre-existing conditions like manufacturing issues, frame damage, water damage, jailbreaking, internal hardware tampering, or a non-working home button.
Repair Time and Delivery

We strive to deliver repaired equipment within a reasonable timeframe, but can't guarantee a specific time. We're not liable for delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to not complete repairs and instead offer a refund.

Replacement Parts

We're an independent repair company and may not always have original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. After service, replaced parts become our property.

Picking Up Your Device

Due to space limitations, please pick up your equipment promptly. We may consider it abandoned after 30 days of notification and dispose of it according to law.

Accessing Your Device Data

As part of diagnostics, we may need to access certain applications (camera, dial pad, messaging) to test functionality. This information is never intentionally exposed and will not be misused or sold. We won't transfer or copy your data without your consent or to complete requested services.

Data Backup and Recovery

We offer data backup for a fee before repairs that may require resetting your device. We're not responsible for lost data, but can direct you to a data recovery company if needed.

Your Responsibility Before Service

Back up all data on your device.
Remove any media (videotapes, CDs, etc.)

Computers Plus Trade-In Policy

By participating, you agree to:

Be the sole owner of the traded-in item with the right to transfer ownership.
Provide accurate and complete item description, serial number, and model number.
That the item is in working order when traded in. You're responsible for return shipping costs if not.
Once the transaction is accepted, the item and its data become our property.
We will inspect the item to determine its value. Our valuation may differ from your estimate, and you agree to our final valuation.
Upon receipt, all information, data, and software will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
