Unlike the female to female Cat6 keystone jack, you have to prepare a Ethernet cable has rj45 connectors on both end, this punch down style jack allow you to make the connection very quickly.
Compatiple with Cat7/Cat6/Cat5e Ethernet cable, strongly recommend use with CAT6 ethernet cable in order to avoid the signal degration issue.
Used with 1 gang low voltage mounting bracket(NOT INCLUDED).
The Cat6 jack can be snapped into or removed from the wall plate.
